An avid Sailor Moon fan since the 5th grade and owner of countless official apparel, it didn't strike me until I started working in a custom printing shop as their lead graphic designer that I should design some t-shirts for myself. I realized that I had all of the necessary resources at my disposal one lazy afternoon; the shirts? Check. the printer? Check. the heat press? Check. A decent designer? Double check. So, why not? I was getting tired of always buying the same old shirts where Sailor Moon was plastered somewhere on the front with the other Sailor Senshi drifting around and usually much smaller. I get it, I do. Sailor Moon is the head mascot character of the series. But come on, show some love for the other poor planets, please. :(

So, after posting the original design ideas, I collaborated with Gilles Bone to bring fans, new and old, of the series a unique line of t-shirt designs where every Senshi gets her day in the spotlight with a cute, simple, modern pop culture feel. Plus, they were a lot of fun to make anyways. :P
