Arteesel is the combination of Art, which we want to promote, Tees, the canvas we've chosen to display our art on, and Eesel ... ok, yes, it’s spelled wrong in our name, but we wanted to make sure you knew it was t-shirts we were offering and not hot beverages made from leaves. It's still a lot of fun to say, no? We are trying to drape as many human easels with great art as we could, all while supporting the creative genius behind the work at the same time. Let's just say, we're putting legs under your artwork!

Arteesel.com posts two new designs every 72 hours at minight, Eastern Standard Time.
What happens to previous tees after you sell them?
After the timer reaches zero (or beforehand if it sells out) the shirt disappears from Arteesel, most likely never to be sold here again. We keep a catalogue of all the previous shirts we have printed in our Past Tee Archive and on our Facebook Page but if you have missed a particular shirt then it is pretty much gone for good.
What time do your shirts go on sale?
New shirt designs are posted every 72 hours at midnight, Eastern Standard Time. That's 11PM Central, 10PM Mountain, and 9PM Pacific.
Here at Arteesel, we always want to hear from you. We want to know what you think of our tee shirts and of our customer service and we want to know if you have any ideas on how to improve things. When it comes to most basic questions your answer will probably be covered by our FAQ/Help Section. If your question is not covered in our Frequently Asked Questions section please contact us using our contact form.
How do you pick what shirts to print?
The curators at the Arteesel artroom go through all the designed submitted to us through the Submit a Design page and pick the designs they feel the public would want but also have to ensure some variety. And remember, if you don't like today's tee you never have long to wait till the next one!
Our selections are chosen from submissions made by T Shirt designers and artists from all over the globe!
Yes, of course! Arteesel pays each artist $1 per tee sold AND the artist retains full rights to their work!
How and when do the artists get paid?
We pay all of our artists via PayPal within 15 business days of the sale date.

What kind of shirts do you print on?
Arteesel only prints on high quality, super soft and ethically produced 100% ring-spun cotton t shirts.
We have a full range of sizes in mens: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL and womens: S, M, L, XL, XXL and youth: S, M, L, XL so you are sure to find the perfect fit. See our sizing guide for further info.
All our t shirts are state-of-the-art screen printed locally. Screen printing is the highest quality and most durable way of decorating shirts.

All 100% cotton shirts will shrink over their lifetime, some more than others. Aerteesel uses preshrunk cotton t shirts, these tend to shrink less than other shirts.
How do I wash/care for my shirt?
To ensure your tee shirt has a long and happy life it is best to turn it inside out before washing, wash it cool at 30 degrees celsius or less and hang to dry. Do it this way and your shirt will thank you for it, you'll also be helping the environment. Hot washes and using dryers will cause your shirt to shrink more. Oh and if you want to iron your shirt, its best to turn it inside out first, ie don't directly iron the design.
Will my shirt look exactly like on the Arteesel website?
The images you see of the t shirts on the Arteesel.com and our social media sites are digital mock ups of the design on a shirt. Because of the way our system works it is not practical/possible to have actual product photos each day. Screen printing is a complicated and delicate process so we cannot guarantee that colours or the layout will be identical to what you see online. Of course we always do our best to offer as close to, or even improve upon what you see on our site.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once a limited edition t-shirt is no longer "on the clock" (meaning you can no longer purchase it) we ask for 5-10 business days for printing and processing since our designs are not pre-printed. Once an order has been shipped it can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks to be delivered, depending on where you live and shipping method used.
Shipping costs vary from country to country and will be visible before purchasing your order.

All our packages go via Canada Post.
What happens if my order gets returned?
If an order is returned to us we will contact you via email once we have received it. If the order was returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, or because you've moved, please be advised that you will be responsible for any applicable reshipping costs.
What happens if my order gets lost?
If an order is being shipped and is lost in transit a full refund will be issued - replacements are not available for lost shipments.
If you receive a garment that’s obviously factory damaged, a design that hasn't been printed properly or it’s not the size you ordered from us in the first place, we'll credit you the amount you paid as long as you Contact Us within 14 days to let us know there's been a problem and provide a photo of the item.
Can I exchange a shirt for a different one?
We're pretty easygoing on this end and like to know we're making our customers happy, however replacing your t-shirt with a new one is a rather tricky thing for us. Why? Because Arteesel only prints as many shirts as are ordered, so we don’t have an inventory to go back to, to provide you with a new one. Also, please be advised that we do not offer exchanges for alternate designs.
What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a garment that’s obviously factory damaged, a design that hasn’t been printed properly or it’s not the size you ordered from us in the first place, please Contact Us right away and provide a photo of the item. We will do our best to replace your item but please be aware that a refund may be issued if we are not able to provide a replacement.
What if I needed to make a change to an order after I submit it?
If you need to change any details on your order, be it sizes or address information, please Contact Us immediately. We promise to do our very best to make any requested changes but please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been submitted. This applies to requests to cancel an order as well.
